Contemporary glass art by Kelly and Mitchell

This red glass wall panel is inspired by birds migrating over a setting sun and the changing of the seasons. Only 60 pieces of this contemporary glass art have been produced, but each one is unique, as it has been made by the hand-crafted method of fusing glass. Every panel is individually signed and dated by the artist and is supplied with fixings and installation details.

Available in square or rectangular format.

Jessamy was brought up on the North East coast of England at Whitley Bay. She graduated from the University of Sunderland with a degree in Glass and Ceramics, then went on to complete her Masters degree in Glass Product Design at Edinburgh College of Art in collaboration with Edinburgh Crystal in December 2002. She is currently studying for her PHD in Glass and Ceramics, which she is due to complete in 2010. Joanne graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 1st class degree in Three Dimensional Design, specialising in glass, then went on to complete her Masters degree in Glass Product Design at the University of Wolverhampton in collaboration with Edinburgh Crystal in December 2001. Jessamy and Joanne met as young designers working for the renowned Edinburgh Crystal Glass Company and soon discovered they were united in their passion for fused glass and love of innovative design.
