Copyright

The design of this website and all images displayed are under copyright protection and may not be used for anything other than browsing the website and purchasing items from the website. The artist retains copyright on images displayed and sold on this website.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling (£). Prices include VAT where applicable.

Product information

Prices and availability are subject to change anytime without notice. All sizes are approximate.

Promotions and special offers

Only one discount code may be redeemed at any one time.

Payment

We accept all the major debit and credit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. Payment will be taken from your credit / debit card within one week of receipt of order.

Under 18’s

Products cannot be bought off the website by under 18’s. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Delivery

The customer must notify us if their order does not arrive. We do not accept liability for the loss or damage of goods after delivery has taken place. We currently only deliver within mainland UK, although we may be able to arrange overseas deliveries for individual orders. If you require this service please email us at sales@thewhitelounge.com.

Damaged items

You should check the item has arrived in good condition before you sign for it. If you are unable to do this you should write ‘item unchecked’ on the delivery note. If it has arrived damaged you should write ‘item damaged’ on the delivery note. If the item is damaged upon receipt, customers must notify us of this by email to sales@thewhitelounge.com within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement where possible or provide a refund if preferred. The White Lounge will arrange for collection of the damaged item.

Returns

Customers have 7 days to decide if they wish to keep the item or return it. Some items, where the product is made to order, cannot be cancelled - these items are highlighted in the relevant product descriptions. To return an item, customers must notify us of their intent to do so in writing within 7 days from the day after the goods have been received. All returned products must be unused, in original condition and undamaged. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the item, at their cost, to the address specified. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification.

Colour accuracy

Colours of goods will always look slightly different on screen to the actual item due to different computer screen settings.

Privacy

The information supplied by customers will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only be used to process orders and provide good customer service. We only send marketing emails from The White Lounge with prior consent and do not sell or pass customer data on to any third parties.
